Butter Beans (cooked in one way or another) Probably like this Great Northern Beans cooked with garlic and Sage

Wow those artichokes look pretty! The broth was great. I’ve never had anything other than simple steamed artichokes. These were nice.
Beans & pomodoro pasta tasted great mixed together in a bowl.

Yummy! The beans & pasta were serious kid-pleasing foods. The artichokes, man, I love artichokes – and I was so excited to see something between the petals. Like, whoa. It had never occurred to me that one could do that! Yummy.

Artichokes are such a treat for me because I never ever make them. They are a lot of work to eat though. All of us liked the pasta and beans. tasted great as leftovers also.
